The Whitby Chamber of Commerce Announces New CEO
Whitby, Ont. – The Whitby Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Natalie Prychitko to the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective February 27, 2017.
Natalie brings over 25 years of experience to the Chamber with the most recent 15 years spent with the Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation (OLG). Natalie has held progressively more senior positions within OLG, including the Director of Marketing and Social Responsibility, Director of Lottery Transformation, and most recently the Director of the Change Management Office, which focused on the modernization of the OLG. Natalie is experienced in managing large projects with multiple stakeholders, significant budgets, complex operations and policy considerations. She also brings deep experience in managing marketing, advertising, and branding campaigns. Her passion for building strong relationships and driving operational efficiencies will be a tremendous asset to the Whitby Chamber.
Natalie has a life-long history of volunteerism in Durham Region especially within the Ukrainian community. Natalie commented, “Having grown up in Whitby, this role feels like I am coming home. I’m very proud to represent such a vibrant organization and community. I am looking forward to meeting with our members and stakeholders, and continuing the excellence that the Whitby Chamber represents.”

The Whitby Chamber of Commerce Board would like to extend a sincere and heartfelt thank you to Miles Goacher for stepping in and managing the Chamber during this interim period. We also thank our former CEO, Tracy Hanson, for her guidance and outstanding accomplishments during her term. We continue to wish Tracy all the best in her new role with the Ontario Chamber of Commerce. Moving forward, Miles will work closely with Natalie to ensure an effective and seamless transition.
