If you need assistance and have questions about accessibility, please contact our Manager of PR & Events so we can work with you to meet your needs.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
By registering you commit to attending the event. Emails of all attendees & dietary restrictions need to be communicated upon registration and a minimum of 1 week prior to the event.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation will be accepted 7 business days prior to our events. Refunds cannot be issued after this deadline. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to pass your ticket along to someone who will opportunity the opportunity to attend.

DISCLAIMER AND CONSENT TO USE VIDEO AND PHOTOS FROM EVENTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA
By attending our events, you grant the Whitby Chamber of Commerce the right to capture and use your video and photos from the event for the purpose of sharing on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business, Twitter, TikTok etc.
You understand that your video and photos may be viewed by a wide audience on social media, and that the Whitby Chamber of Commerce cannot control who may view or share the content once it is posted.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting the Whitby Chamber of Commerce in writing. You acknowledge that any withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of any video or photos that were captured and used prior to your withdrawal.
By attending our events, you agree to release the Whitby Chamber of Commerce from any claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from the capture and use of your video and photos on social media, including but not limited to invasion of privacy or appropriation of likeness.
If you do not wish to grant consent for the use of your video and photos from our events on social media, please inform the Whitby Chamber of Commerce in writing before the event, or upon arrival.
By continuing to attend the Whitby Chamber of Commerce events, you indicate your understanding and agreement to the terms and conditions stated herein.
